About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of our commissary facilities in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. This role is critical in ensuring that all commissary projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects for commissary facilities, from planning and design to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and quality project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and food industry standards.
  • Coordinate with F&B operations, production, and supply chain teams to align facility design with operational requirements.
  • Manage contractor performance, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional license (Engineer/Architect) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably within commissary, food production, or F&B facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection), and food safety facility requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project / AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under strict deadlines.
  • Can start ASAP
