Makati City | Full-time | Onsite (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for a reliable and hands-on Project In-Charge to supervise and monitor construction activities on-site. This role ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly, resources are properly managed, and the project is executed according to plans, schedule, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily site operations and monitor work progress.
  • Ensure project plans, schedules, and specifications are strictly followed.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve on-site issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly site reports on progress, manpower, and materials.
  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of site supervision or construction coordination experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Good leadership and communication skills for managing workers and subcontractors.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is an advantage (but not required).
