Installer (Construction Projects)

Makati City | Full-time | Onsite (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Radix HR is seeking skilled Installers to join the construction and fit-out team. This role focuses on the proper installation of fixtures, furniture, and finishes to ensure projects are completed with quality, accuracy, and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Perform installation of fixtures, partitions, furniture, and other construction components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation instructions.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of installations in compliance with project specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and site engineers to complete tasks on schedule.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
  • Adhere to site safety rules and company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • At least a High School or Vocational/Technical course graduate.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in installation or construction-related work.
  • Skilled in handling tools, materials, and equipment for installations.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings/instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in construction environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
