JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plans, develops, and implements policies and procedures for procurement cost-efficiency, product quality, and time management of activities;

  • Reviews purchase requests and job orders, supplier's price estimates and quotations, validation of the offer and price negotiations;

  • Develops and documents standard and emergency operating procedures for sourcing of products and services, competitive price, reasonable terms and conditions and selection of supplier or vendor;

  • Issues instructions and provides routing information to ensure that procurement of product and services are being processed on time;

  • Communicates other isolated purchasing incidence, suggests corrective actions and address immediately the purchasing critical issues and concerns;

  • Prepares correspondence and other related purchasing reports; and

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Purchasing Head from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.

  • With minimum of five (5) years experience

  • Communication skills, leadership skills, organization and planning skills, people skills

  • Proactive, team player, attentive to details, with high degree of professionalism and integrity

  • One (1) Full Time position available
