  1. Responsible for business operations of the Purchasing division by reviewing contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders.

  2. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the department.

  3. Checks Purchase Request of Medicines, Medical supplies, Office supplies, supervises and assist for enterprises of the purchasing staff.

  4. Reviews and approves deals and discounts based on the consumption of medicine and medical supplies.
  5. Compares prices and specifications, and contacts suppliers to seek for discounts, terms, etc. for non-medical and medical equipment.
  6. Checks Purchase Orders before the recommending approval to the purchasing head.
  7. Entertains transactions from different suppliers and different Departments and/or Sections.
  8. Checks summary of savings of different supplies annual price review of all regular purchases to ensure cost effectiveness.
  9. Facilitate the PMS of equipments, electricals, etc.

  10. Checks and consolidates management and QEHS Report

  11. Reviews and approves monthly inventory report made by staff and different Departments and/or Sections.

  12. Checks operational and statistical reports submitted by Warehouse Specialist with 9 objectives.
  13. Prepares status of Key Performance Indicator and Measure (KPIM) of Purchasing (CSR/Purchasing, School, and CSSR).
  14. Prepares Corrective/Preventive/Improvement Action Report.
  15. Assists the Purchasing Head in planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and controlling the operations of Property and Supplies Management Department.
  16. Coordinates and entertains with other departments for problems concerning property and supplies management.
  17. Reports to the Purchasing Head the accomplishments, problems, goals, and plans of the Property and Supplies Management Department.
  18. Recommends to the Purchasing Head solutions to the department's problems and programs for continual improvement.
  19. Conducts monthly PSMD meetings to discuss concerns and accomplishments and with the staff if necessary.
  20. Assists in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing the annual budget versus actual operations of the department.
  21. Ensures implementation and compliance with the established Integrated Quality Management System (IMS) standards.
  22. Implementing programs / operational and personal policies and procurement.
  23. Evaluates the performance of the Purchasing staff and submit reports to the Purchasing Head

  24. Attends and represents the Department in Company meetings and submit report to the Purchasing Head for approval:

    1. Therapeutics, ICC and other committee meeting, and
    2. Products Demo of different supplies and equipment.
    3. Maintains and keeps files of the Department/ supervises the maintenance.
    4. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
    5. Prepares operational and statistical report.
