What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel

  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of guest orders and deliveries

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain appropriate stock of food, beverages, and related supplies

  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are prepared to standards and customer expectations are met

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Participate and conduct training and development of food and beverage staff

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hotel industry.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control

  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, purchasing, and service standards

  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
