E-commerce Ads Specialist

Campaign Setup:
- Set up Meta CPAS Ads for Shopee and Lazada, including prospecting, retargeting, and traffic campaigns.
- Ensure accurate linking between Meta ad accounts, business managers, and partner platforms.
- Follow campaign structure guidelines and platform best practices per campaign type (Mega campaigns, monthly double days, etc.).
Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor ad performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, bids, or placements to achieve KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM, and conversion metrics.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track campaign results through Meta Ads Manager and Shopee/Lazada Ads dashboards.
- Detect issues early (e.g., under delivery, overspending, low conversion) and flag for resolution.
Execution Support:
- Implement campaign plans, budget phasing, and promotional schedules as outlined by the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and ensure campaign readiness before deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce media buying, specifically Meta CPAS campaigns.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-paced team.
