Job Responsibility:

  • E-commerce Strategy & Growth:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Set, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), website traffic, and cart abandonment rate.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and market trends in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Website Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform (Tiktok), ensuring smooth functionality, security, and uptime.
  • Manage and optimize all product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and categories, to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to improve sales funnels and site performance.
  • Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation:
  • Plan and execute various digital marketing initiatives to drive qualified traffic to the online store. This often includes:
  • Affiliate Marketing: Managing relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure e-commerce campaigns are integrated with broader marketing efforts.
  • Sales Performance & Data Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics using analytical tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and internal platform dashboards.
  • Interpret data to understand customer behavior, identify purchasing trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement or new opportunities.
  • Generate regular, insightful reports on sales performance, marketing campaign ROI, and website health for stakeholders.
  • Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordination:
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability, efficient order processing, and timely delivery.
  • Implement strategies to manage inventory levels effectively, minimizing stockouts and overstock.
  • Liaise with customer service teams to ensure seamless support for online shoppers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Technology & Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including payment gateways, shipping providers, e-commerce platform solutions, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and explore new features.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the budget allocated for e-commerce initiatives, optimizing spending on marketing, platform maintenance, and other operational costs to maximize ROI.
