The Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).

The role focuses on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for the company's e-commerce brand through data-driven strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute effective advertising strategies across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Conduct audience and keyword research to identify targeting opportunities.
  • Set up campaigns, ad groups, creatives, and tracking systems for e-commerce performance.
  • Manage daily ad budgets, pacing, and bids to maximize ROI and achieve target ROAS and CPA goals.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to align ads with brand messaging and optimized user experience.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track and communicate ROI, audience behavior, and conversion performance.
  • Stay current with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and/or Google platforms (experience in e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proven track record of improving ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Creative approach to testing and ad development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
