Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online sales channels on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. This includes maintaining accurate tire product listings, coordinating promotions, optimizing store performance, managing customer interactions, and supporting logistics and fulfillment. The goal is to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency across all online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Store Management

  • Upload and maintain accurate listings of tire products (brand, size, specs, vehicle compatibility)
  • Ensure clear, professional product images and descriptions
  • Monitor pricing, stock availability, and store performance indicators
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory accuracy and order processing

Sales Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns for major platform events (e.g. 8.8, 10.10, 11.11)
  • Set up vouchers, bundles, and discounts to boost conversions
  • Coordinate with Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platform account managers for feature placements

Customer Service & Chat Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, FAQs, and fitment questions via in-platform chat
  • Provide expert recommendations on tire types, sizes, and vehicle compatibility
  • Handle customer concerns, returns, and disputes professionally

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly online sales and KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, fulfillment, ratings)
  • Analyze buyer behavior, identify best-selling SKUs, and recommend adjustments
  • Generate reports for management with actionable insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing online shops (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
  • Knowledge of tire brands, specifications (e.g., size, load rating, tread pattern) is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Seller Center tools and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple product lines and campaigns

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in automotive products or tire sales
  • Basic knowledge of digital ads and platform analytics
  • Experience working with couriers or 3PL logistics is a plus
