Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. Candidates with team management experience and a background in e-commerce or related industries are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate, clear, and timely solutions in accordance with SOPs.
  • Daily configuration and maintenance of CPV foundational data, including category trees and category attributes
  • Update features or specifications (called category attributes)
  • Support team efficiency by contributing to knowledge sharing and basic supervisory functions if applicable.
  • Ability to review and apply guidelines.
  • Ability to use Excel and understand basic spreadsheet formulas and operations.
  • Ability to use AI tools to query product-related information.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable applying and following company guidelines.
  • High School Graduate or College Level.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using computer systems and Office tools.
  • 3-5 years of BPO experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Team management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Work Setup:

· Willing to work in BGC, Taguig (office-based)

· Work setup: Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Manila Time

· Can start immediately
