Job Summary:

The Field Officer is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and ensuring operational compliance across DelishCheese Dough outlets. This role involves regular site visits to assess store performance, enforce quality and service standards, provide operational guidance, and report on findings to management. The Field Officer acts as the bridge between the head office and store teams, ensuring that company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently applied across all locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to stores to evaluate operational performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene practices, customer service, and staff adherence to operational procedures.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and on-site training to store managers and staff.
  • Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalating critical issues to management.
  • Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Verify inventory management practices, stock rotation, and proper storage.
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Assist in launching new store locations, including training and setup support.
  • Collect and report operational data, sales trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments (procurement, HR, marketing) to address store needs.
  • Follow up on corrective actions from previous visits to ensure issues are resolved.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of food service operations, quality control, and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field.
  • Additional training in food safety or operational management is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in retail or food service operations, preferably in a supervisory or field role.
  • Experience in franchise or multi-branch operations is preferred.
