Position Title: Accounts Officer

Work Setup: On-Site

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Overview:

As the Accounts Officer, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Your duties include handling AP & AR transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process financial transactions, including supplier invoices for AU and NZ entities.
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly supplier payment files.
  3. Generate and send bills to customers, process customer credits, and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  4. Prepare client monthly statements and follow up on overdue payments.
  5. Reconcile customer receipts and perform monthly reconciliations for General Ledger and Sub Ledger accounts.
  6. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  7. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and conduct variance analysis.
  8. Collaborate with sales departments for financial data accuracy.
  9. Support ad hoc projects and finance requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
