We are seeking of Office Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, providing technical support and ensuring efficient project management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical support to the project management team, including analysis, problem-solving and decision-making
  2. Preparing and reviewing project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and identify potential risks
  3. Coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
  4. Maintaining accurate project documentation, such as site reports, material tracking, and quality control records
  5. Assisting in the preparation of tender and contract documents, as well as contract administration
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Qualification:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar construction project management role
  3. Proficient in the use of project management software, such as MS Project, and construction-specific applications
  4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  6. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively. Can work under pressure
  7. Flexibility to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
  8. Willing to be assigned in Angeles Pampanga
