Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and shareable social media posts.
  • Monitor social media platform to trends, conversations, and mentions related to the company or industry.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Copywriting for newsletters and other tasks.
  • Manage online communities and social media groups related to the company, fostering engagement and interaction among members.
  • Monitor and moderate discussions, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Address user concerns, questions, and feedback, providing timely and helpful responses.
  • Develop community-building strategies with peripheral works.
  • Assist in planning and executing necessary proposals, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external communications events.
  • Assist Comms Specialist with peripheral works.
  • Assist HR with minor design request and event planning.
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and overall design aesthetics across different social media channels.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to deliver high-quality and compelling visuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design or related field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of social media strategies and media relations.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Proficiency in office management software and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Can start ASAP.
