Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Community Associate to support CoHostsCircle's growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Airbnb management or real estate, strong sales and outreach skills, and a passion for building online communities of property owners, investors, and Airbnb hosts. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, generating leads, and helping property owners succeed on Airbnb.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property investors, and Airbnb hosts

  • Promote CoHostsCircle's services and convert leads into active clients

  • Engage with online communities and forums related to Airbnb and property management

  • Assist with follow-ups, client communications, and basic administrative tasks as needed

  • Collaborate with the team to support marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Airbnb management, property management, or real estate (sales or rentals)

  • Strong sales and communication skills, comfortable reaching out to new leads and pitching services

  • Experience in community engagement and social media outreach

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

  • Tech-savvy, familiar with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms
