The successful new joiner will work with a cloud core banking team, gaining hands-on experience and further developing their technical and interpersonal skills.

As our new Sales & Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling. You will engage financial institutions, introduce the client's solutions, and schedule demo meetings for the sales team

Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B cold calls to banks, cooperatives, and other financial institutions to introduce company technology solutions
  • Generate and qualify leads, ensuring all prospect information is accurately captured and updated in the CRM
  • Book demo meetings with decision-makers and coordinate schedules with the Business Development team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records daily, including call logs, meeting notes, follow-up actions, and lead status.
  • Track and report progress on outreach, calls, and meeting targets to the Head of Business Development.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain a professional understanding of the company products, value propositions, and differentiators.
  • Perform administrative sales tasks as needed, supporting the Business Development team's initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or outbound lead generation (experience in fintech or banking is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Proactive, persistent, and results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino, both written and spoken.
