We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer with a strong background in FMCG and traditional marketing to join our marketing team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across multiple channels.

You will work closely with sales, brand, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement traditional marketing campaigns (print, outdoor, radio, events, and in-store promotions) for FMCG products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and product goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Support brand development by maintaining consistent messaging, packaging, and communications.
  • Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong focus on traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing analytics tools.
