Traditional Marketing Officer

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Officer to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Job Description:

Marketing

·       Design and run traditional marketing programs/campaign to meet strategic goals across channels and customer segments.

o   Measure and analyse current campaigns performance, identify weaknesses, and improve them within agreed budget and agreed timeframe

·       Perform Marketing Research

o   Plan and manage research projects to gain consumer insights and improve marketing strategies.

§  Facilitate the collection and Analysis of Customer Feedback Survey

§  Conduct market and competitor analysis.

§  Identify new market opportunities and create entry strategies.

o   Ensure NTI knowledge portal is updated with latest information and trending product development

·       Write and present press releases to promote company events, sponsorships, and partnerships

Event Management

·       Lead end-to-end execution of marketing events and campaigns approved by BDM , working closely with stakeholders.

·       Implement event's project management to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and time-bound requirements are met

·       Facilitate internal and external company event hosting if needed

Supplier Relation Management

·       Build and maintain strong promotional relationships with external partners.

·       Secure sponsorship funding from external partners to support promotional brand/product/services and external marketing events for end user activities

·       Manage communication and coordination with external partners to push NTI objectives not limited to securing leads and Supplier SLA

·       Coordinate with the external partners for the scheduling of product enablement of NTI employees

Others

·       Facilitate company brand and product category orientation to new NTI Marketing and Sales personnel

·       Prepares Monthly Brand/Product Sales Performance Report

·       Assist BDM in the Lead Generation Campaign and Customer Engagement/ Retention Campaign

Requirements:

·       Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results

·       Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

·       Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

·       Strong project management skills

·       Strong computer skills and substantial knowledge of MS Office apps, Google Suite apps and other Presentation application

·       Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
