About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office and Warehouse Staff to join our dynamic team at TM Marketing OPC in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and warehouse operations. As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing various administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and data entry
  2. Providing support to the office team with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  3. Assisting with inventory management and stock control in the warehouse
  4. Coordinating the distribution and delivery of products and materials
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in both the office and warehouse
  6. Providing general support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Optional experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office/warehouse role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a co-workers
  4. Proficiency in using office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  5. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
