What is the job?
The Account Support Specialist manages sales orders, coordinates with clients, handles inventory and invoices, and responds to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer sales orders received via email, fax, voicemail, or phone calls.
• Coordinate with the client POC to gather complete and accurate order details.
• Use Excel (including pivot tables) to generate and update inventory based on sales orders.
• Prepare and manage invoices for various sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the order process.
• Escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate POCs and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Willing to take customer calls for order processing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite and on flexible schedules.
