What you will do

As Marketing Officer, you will lead the strategy and execution of Yolé's marketing activities across local store, brand, and digital platforms. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build campaigns that delight our customers and drive sales.

1.⁠ ⁠Local Store Marketing

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and review campaign performance for insights.
  • Implement store-level marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and repeat visits.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels (social, print, events).
  • Prepare engaging marketing materials and update official social media accounts.
  • Champion new product innovation programs, from concept to launch, with realistic forecasting and consumer testing.

2.⁠ ⁠Brand Marketing

  • Develop brand plans and identify new business opportunities to improve loyalty and market share.
  • Manage agencies, creatives, and vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Plan PR initiatives to amplify major campaigns across communication touchpoints.
  • Ensure strong brand presence during key occasions (Valentine's, Mother's Day, anniversaries, etc.).
  • Build partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and leading local/international brands.

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Marketing

  • Lead implementation of digital marketing plans across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute web, database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
  • Identify trends and optimize strategies to boost performance.
  • Brainstorm creative growth initiatives for Yolé's digital presence.

4.⁠ ⁠People & Process Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the Marketing Team to foster collaboration and productivity.
  • Lead the Product Work Group with Operations, Commissary, and R&D to ensure smooth launches.
  • Recommend process improvements and marketing systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchasing, Creatives, etc.) to align on monthly sales targets.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Conduct store visits as needed.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Be part of a fun, collaborative, and growing brand

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php29,000.00 per month
