We are looking for a Brand Marketing Officer who will take the lead in building our brands, growing awareness, and ensuring our products stand out both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities

Brand Building

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Create brand stories, positioning, and consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Plan and manage promotions, activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee design and production of marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and in-store displays.
  • Work with content creators, designers, and partners to deliver engaging campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support product launches with strong go-to-market campaigns.

E-commerce Marketing & Growth

  • Drive online sales growth in Shopee and TikTok Shop by planning strategic campaigns.
  • Lead affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, and live selling initiatives.
  • Ensure product listings are optimized with proper descriptions, photos, and marketing highlights.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related course.
  • 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or e-commerce preferred (fresh grads with strong internship background are welcome).
  • Strong creativity and ability to think of campaigns that resonate with customers.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, social media management, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills; organized and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
