Marketing Manager/Supervisor

The Marketing Manager will oversee the company's end-to-end marketing initiatives, combining digital innovation and traditional marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, strong leadership, and the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

  • Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Create, oversee, and analyze social media strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop content marketing initiatives such as blogs, videos, infographics, and other digital assets.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer journey analytics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to expand reach.
  • Present marketing proposals, performance reports, and budget recommendations to the Business Unit Head.

2. Traditional Marketing

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
  • Plan and execute offline campaigns through print, outdoor advertising, trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional events.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for traditional marketing initiatives.

3. Strategic & Administrative Duties

  • Align marketing activities with company goals, sales targets, and overall brand positioning.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Provide cross-functional support for sales, corporate communications, and brand management.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and market research.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, major social media platforms).
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Established network of media and press contacts is an advantage.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
