About the role

As a Marketing Supervisor at Exxel Prime International Trading Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the company's growth and success. In this full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to effectively promote Exxel Prime's products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the company's sales and branding objectives
  2. Managing the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketing channels
  4. Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform the company's marketing strategies
  6. Providing guidance and support to the marketing team, ensuring they have the resources and tools they need to succeed
  7. Participating in the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing and branding initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have driven measurable results
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
