The Marketing Supervisor is responsible in tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fostering brand engagement for all e-commerce platforms.
  • Strengthen support in retail and business development.
  • Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans for different channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels .
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop creative output in terms of print, video and digital advertising.
  • Analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent computer skills : MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM tools and other marketing tools.
  • Strong marketing background includes branding, traditional and digital marketing.
  • Metrics-driven with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English language both verbal and oral.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
