Role Overview

The Marketing Supervisor will play a key role in building our brand identity, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving customer engagement. You will oversee all marketing and promotional activities, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to promote the brand, increase market presence, and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer preferences.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, in-store promotions, events, and digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with management and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Oversee the brand image and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Support sales activities by creating promotional materials and initiatives that convert interest into purchases.
