About the Job

Taters Enterprises Inc. is seeking a results-oriented and collaborative Marketing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Marketing Manager in the overall performance of the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and is creative, resourceful, and metric-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing programs focused on strengthening sales performance, including promotions, activations, awareness campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Help prepare promo proposals, mechanics, and costs.
  • Supervise marketing assistants and creative staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of all marketing programs and activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the company's brand voice and personality.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and third-party agencies.
  • Assist with various tasks related to e-commerce, 3rd party aggregators, social media management, content creation, and event coordination.
  • Prepare various reports to gauge the performance of sales-related activities.
  • Conduct and facilitate marketing-related training.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing professional in the Food, FMCG, or Retail industries.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience and skill in preparing and evaluating marketing programs.
  • Expertise in handling E-Commerce and 3rd Party Aggregators.
  • Ability to present ideas and facilitate group discussions.
  • Knowledge of handling office administration.
  • Personal and Leadership Skills:
  • Proven leadership qualities and above-average people skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to mentally adjust to varying situations.
  • A good coach to others.
