Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR, Supervisory, or management roles
  • Familiarity with specific HR practices relevant to the construction industry, such as managing a large blue-collar workforce, and understanding project-based compensation structures.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and travel to different project locations
  • Willing to relocate in San Simon, Pampanga
  • Can start ASAP
