OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Tax Supervisor to lead the company's tax compliance and manage all BIR-related matters. This role is perfect for someone with solid tax experience who enjoys ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with government agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all BIR tax returns.
  • Review and interpret BIR rulings, regulations, and issuances.
  • Manage BIR audits, assessments, and inquiries — from documentation to resolution.
  • Monitor tax law updates and advise management on key impacts.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government offices on tax-related issues.
  • Support and guide the accounting team in daily tax compliance and reconciliations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in taxation, including BIR audit handling.
  • Strong knowledge of BIR rulings, compliance procedures, and local tax laws.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
