We're urgently looking for an HR Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
  • Handles timekeeping and payroll processing
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits (e.g., HMO, insurance, and other benefits)
  • Processes remittances to various government agencies
  • Administers company-initiated activities and events

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in all facets of Human Resources
  • Knowledgeable in administrative tasks and responsibilities
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
  • Able to maintain confidential information with integrity
  • Must be a resident near Makati City
