Job Summary: The HR Generalist provides specialized support in administering employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering positive employee relations. This role involves managing various benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining accurate employee data, and contributing to efficient HR processes.

Primary Goal: This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of HR services, effective benefits administration, and support to employees while maintaining accurate and compliant HR records and operations and cultivating a positive and productive work environment.

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and statutory payments (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Maintain compliance with laws and provide clear communication on benefits policies.
  • HR Operations: Manage daily HR tasks such as timekeeping, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace environment while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, build strong relationships with employees and vendors, communicate benefits updates clearly, and contribute to an inclusive and supportive work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Psychology, HR, Business Ad or any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources; experience with employee benefits management is an advantage
  • Experienced in Benefits Administration: HR Operations: Employee Relations.
  • Willing to go full onsite Monday-Friday (Mandaluyong)
  • Project based
