Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb properties and support Directors' personal businesses
- Schedule meetings, handle calendars, and ensure Directors are prepared
- Answer calls, emails, take meeting minutes, and handle dictation
- Conduct research and communicate findings via phone, email, or online
- Coordinate with vendors and handle online purchases/bookings
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Assist walk-in clients and act as front desk when needed
- Perform regular field work for business and personal errands
The Essentials
- College degree is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your ability to understand quickly and communicate effectively
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferably with experience in administrative tasks such as handling office purchases, processing permits, managing petty cash, timekeeping, and other clerical work
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Has a long-term mindset and committed to the role; not seeking short-term or trial-only engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willing to do field work
- Street smart – Knows how to navigate challenges, adapt fast, and get things done without hand-holding. A problem solver
