Role Type: Full-time
Department: Sales (General Trade)
Reporting to: Senior Group Sales Manager for Luzon 2
This position oversees the entire retail business of our GT channel within the National Capital Region which currently encompasses three (3) regions and twelve (12) territories. The role directly manages three (3) Regional Sales Managers and is accountable for the performance and development of around 40 Field Sales Representatives.
Key qualifications:
- Sales Leadership:
At least 10 years of experience in managing B2B sales operations,
with at least five years in a managerial role. - Field Sales Excellence:
A proven track record of leading high-performing field sales teams and - achieving targets across multiple territories and trade segments.
- Strategic and Commercial Acumen:
Ability to think strategically while demonstrating strong - commercial judgment and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Stakeholder Management:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. - Regional Experience:
Prior experience in the NCR market is highly preferred. - Mobility:
Willingness to be based in NCR, and to be reassigned to other key locations within NCR, as needed.
