Overview

You will represent Nova Buildings Group for the development of new businesses in Philippines market. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by contacting and finding prospective clients/channel partners and evaluating their position in the industry, as well as acquiring new clients/channel partners through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Design and implement a Strategic Business Plan that not only ensure the loyalty of new and existing clients but also expands the company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyse the viability of alternative business development opportunities
  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects, adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
  • Pursue sales leads, visit new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with customers and business/channel partners to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
  • Compliance to the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHSE) policies and programs to ensure safety programs, policies, requirements, analysis, reports and plans meet applicable safety standards and local and international laws
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue, realistic forecasts and projections to the management team

Skill Competencies and Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant sales management or leadership experience with broad knowledge in Steel Buildings and Construction industry
  • Ability to manage an operation, lead, manage and motivate the teams to achieve strong employee engagement and business results
  • Excellent leadership, strong management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Salesforce
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English
