About the Role

We are seeking a skilled API and Integration Specialist to support one of our Australian clients. This remote position focuses on managing system integrations, developing automations, and ensuring the seamless connection of various business platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage integrations between platforms such as GoHighLevel, , Xero, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and 3CX.
  • Develop, test, and maintain workflow automations that enhance business operations.
  • Implement basic SEO practices to support online visibility.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy and system performance.
  • Work closely with the client to ensure all integrations run efficiently and support business goals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and
  • Strong understanding of API setup, system integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
