About the role

This is a full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Client. Earn up to 23K monthly while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive and empathetic attitude
  3. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  6. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
