About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Phone Call Interviewers. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu, offering the opportunity to work in a 100% virtual process and contribute to our industry-leading customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct professional and courteous phone interviews with potential customers to gather information and assess their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive caller experience
  • Document customer information accurately and update internal systems accordingly
  • Identify and escalate any customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment
