About the Role
E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Phone Interview - Newbie Account/No Exp | CSR to join our fast-paced call centre. This full-time position is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and provides an excellent opportunity to launch your career in customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Provide accurate information and guide customers to the appropriate solutions
- Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by providing feedback and suggestions
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Enthusiastic, patient and adaptable to handle a variety of customer queries
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not essential
