About the Role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Phone Interview - Newbie Account/No Exp | CSR to join our fast-paced call centre. This full-time position is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and provides an excellent opportunity to launch your career in customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers to the appropriate solutions
  • Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement by providing feedback and suggestions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Enthusiastic, patient and adaptable to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not essential
