The Property Accountant shall maintain proper records of all accounting transaction in a clear and uniform procedures, on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and will report directly to Property Manager.

S/He shall attend to all accounting functions in the property/project assigned.

As Property Accountant, s/he is expected to be able to take charge of the simple functions for the property.

The Property Accountant's responsibilities are classified into five (5) major cornerstones such as:

1) Preparation of Invoice and Statement of Account

2) Updating of Book of Accounts

3) Record Posting to the General Ledger

4) Preparing Financial Statements and Trial Balance including Monthly Bank Reconciliation; and

5) Collects Account Receivable, Payment for Accounts Payable and Prepare Annual Budget

6) He/she must be graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management

7) Can start by January 02, 2025

8) Amenable to work in Rosario, Pasig City
