Real Estate Analyst - Night Shift/Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a Philippines-based Multifamily Real Estate Analyst to support U.S. investment and asset management teams. This role involves underwriting new multifamily developments and acquisitions, conducting market and financial analyses, and supporting ongoing asset performance reporting. Ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for multifamily acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.
  • Conduct sensitivity, IRR, and scenario analyses to evaluate investment risks and returns.
  • Gather and analyze market-level data (rent comps, occupancy rates, demographic trends).
  • Review and analyze historical financial statements, rent rolls, and budgets.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly property performance reporting and maintain dashboards.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely deliverables and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, investment underwriting, or banking.
  • Advanced Excel skills (index-match, lookups, scenario analysis; macros preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets automation is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate concepts (cap rates, IRR, NOI, debt service, etc.) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
