About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join the team at Palmdale Heights Condominium Corporation. As a full-time Property Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the smooth financial management of our residential property.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the condominium corporation
  2. Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  3. Reconciling bank accounts and managing accounts payable and receivable
  4. Monitoring and reporting on the condominium's financial performance and budget variances
  5. Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting future financial needs
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
  7. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards in the Philippines
