Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Cebu City. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer interactions through phone calls, emails, or chat, providing outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and procedures
  • Document customer interactions using the provided CRM systems
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Adhere to company policies and security protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; college education is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Call center experience is a plus but not required (we provide training)
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cebu City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
