Job Description

We're seeking a talented Social Media Engagement Agent to spearhead our influencer outreach campaigns and drive qualified lead generation through organic social media strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with established messaging frameworks and proven sequences while building valuable relationships with influencers and content creators. Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns to influencers using professionally crafted message sequences
  • Manage and nurture ongoing conversations with potential partners and high-value prospects
  • Implement organic social media lead generation strategies that drive measurable results
  • Follow up systematically with prospects who engage with initial outreach efforts
  • Respond to prospect inquiries using provided guidelines and frameworks
  • Track, analyse, and report on outreach activities and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy optimization and campaign refinement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media lead outreach and influencer engagement
  • Strong background in organic social media marketing (no paid advertising experience needed)
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to maintain authentic, engaging conversations
  • Experience following structured scripts and sequences while personalizing communication
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Track record of building relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Ability to adapt quickly and implement feedback for continuous improvement
