Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions of the brand and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and report on key findings.
  • Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns (budgeting, targeting, ad creation, etc.).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative social media ideas.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies.
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising a plus.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
