Le Couleur Professionnel — a premier brand in professional haircare and salon technologies — is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing and Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinated with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products for trade activations, store launches, and promotional events.
  2. Designed in-store displays, promotional banners, and visual content using Canva and Photoshop, tailored to campaign needs.
  3. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
  4. Create short-form promotional videos and campaign reels using Cap Cut for social media and in-store screen use.
  5. Managed the scheduling and logistics of product shipments, POS materials, and event supplies across multiple locations.
  6. Worked closely with the marketing team to ensure physical readiness (inventory, shipping, merchandising) matched digital and print campaign rollouts.
  7. Maintained and updated marketing asset trackers and coordinated supplier/vendor timelines for custom packaging and materials.
  8. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Provide administrative support to the marketing and operations teams as needed.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing and logistics processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  2. With experience aligning product distribution, promotional campaigns, and inventory flow to ensure seamless execution of trade and retail marketing initiatives.
  3. Competent in using Photoshop, Canva, and Cap Cut to develop engaging visual materials and support brand visibility across print and digital platforms.
  4. Strong collaborator across warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely product rollouts, accurate delivery, and promotional readiness.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  8. A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  9. A team player who is willing to contribute to various aspects of the business as needed.
