We are part of a global group with operations in the UK, Australia, and the USA. We specialise in providing accident management services, ensuring clients receive premium support with vehicle towing and replacement vehicle arrangements.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Advisor to manage calls from clients involved in car accidents. You will advise clients on our services, coordinate towing, and arrange replacement vehicles. This is a voice-heavy role, so we are seeking candidates with a neutral / American-sounding accent and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from clients in the UK, Australia, and USA.
  • Provide clear advice on our accident management services.
  • Coordinate towing services quickly and accurately.
  • Arrange replacement vehicles and follow up on service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and call notes.
  • Deliver empathetic, professional, and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably international accounts).
  • Fluent in English, with a neutral / American-sounding accent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
