About the role

Exciting opportunity to join the customer service team of 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a CSR - No Versant - Pasig Site. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will see you play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly, efficient and effective customer service and support to clients via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Updating customer records and documentation accurately
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
