About the role

Join our thriving client DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Bridgetowne IPI Pasig office. This is a full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila offering remote work options. As a CSR, you will be a crucial part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  3. Assist customers with resolving issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
  7. Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  4. Customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
