Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Location: Pasig City

Work Setup: On-site, 6 days/week

Compensation: ₱27,500 – ₱32,500 (amenable based on performance)

About the Role

We are a Beauty and Wellness company seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/CSR who can provide exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all clients. The ideal candidate has a naturally warm personality, enjoys interacting with people, and can maintain a professional yet inviting atmosphere that aligns with our brand.


Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties:
  • Warmly welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment bookings, schedules, and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and client records
  • Assist with administrative tasks and coordination with staff
Customer Service Duties:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to clients in person, by phone, or online
  • Address service inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with care and professionalism
  • Document client interactions and ensure proper communication with internal teams
  • Promote services, treatments, and packages when appropriate
  • Ensure each client has a pleasant and satisfying experience

Qualifications
  • Pleasing personality with warm hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, patient, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy hours
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling tools, messaging apps)
  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or CSR—preferably in wellness, spa, clinic, or service industries—is an advantage
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City, 6 days per week
